Design & Launch
We will work with your club to design, and launch your website. When it comes to the design and development, we will just need you to share the details to be included (i.e. club history, social media pages, sponsors, roll or honour etc.), and we will take care of the rest.
We will share updates as we progress, and will only launch the site once your club is fully satisfied with it.
Training
Once the site has been launched, your club will be provided with a manual showing how to make updates to the site e.g. add latest fixtures & results, add latest news and edit content.
In addition to providing a training manual, we will also hold a training session (remotely) with your PRO and any other club representatives required. This will be to walk through the steps required for keeping the site up to date.
Hosting & Maintenance
Along with hosting your website on a continued basis, we will also be on hand to make any requested changes to the site, above and beyond the updates outlined above.
These can include updates to the layout of the site, the addition of new sections to the site, the removal of existing sections along with any other changes you may require.
Security & Compliance
We will ensure your website is designed, launched and maintained in a safe and secure manner. Your website will come with an SSL certificate (a digital certificate that authenticates the websites identity).
Your club’s website will also be GDPR compliant and will have an appropriate cookie policy in place.
Revenue & Fundraising
If you have a club store (e.g. O’Neill’s) or provide lotto tickets, raffle tickets, membership etc. through third parties, direct links will be included on your website. This ensures these sources are easy to find for supporters and members.
A sponsorship section can be included front and centre of the site in order which can be used as a selling point to potential sponsors, particularly as part of the website’s launch.
We can also support you with the creation of your own online store, linked directly to your club’s site which will enable you sell merchandise, tickets, membership etc. directly to supports and members.
